Hard splints without brittleness – KeySplint Hard is certified for permanent intraoral use.

KeyPrint® KeySplint Hard is the resin for hard occlusal splints – certified as a Class IIa medical device for permanent intraoral use. With an elastic modulus of 1,510–1,520 MPa and a flexural strength of 60–65 MPa (ISO 20795-2), it delivers the rigidity of hard splints without becoming brittle.

The low water absorption of 18 µg/mm³ keeps the splint permanently dimensionally stable. Printable on all systems at 385 or 405 nm – available as a crystal-clear variant, KeySplint Hard Clear, and for flexible splints KeySplint Soft.
