Robust and flexible, never brittle – the bestseller for 3D-printed bite splints.

KeyPrint® KeySplint Soft is the resin for flexible bite and grinding splints – robust enough for bruxers, flexible enough for high wearing comfort, and without becoming brittle over the wear period. The splints polish excellently and are easy to clean.

KeySplint Soft during printing and as a finished splint

KeySplint Soft is fully biocompatible, complies with the international standards for Class IIa medical devices (CE) and is additionally FDA 510(k)-cleared – certified for permanent use in the mouth. The robust formulation is colour-stable, has a guaranteed shelf life of three years and is validated in numerous open-source printers with 385 or 405 nm. You can find the crystal-clear variant under KeySplint Soft Clear, hard splints are covered by KeySplint Hard.
