The para-occlusal attachment with lip bow is the standard attachment of the JMA-Optic systems (one piece included in the system delivery scope) – offered here as a replacement and resupply for ongoing operation. It fixes the mandibular sensor with free occlusion; the lip bow guides safely past the lip and cheek.

Cheaper in the pack of three in the starter set; the alternative with support surface is also available individually.
