Discs manufactured from CLEARsplint® – no more mixing and refilling. Amine- and MMA-free milling blank for highly aesthetic, transparent and thermoactive comfort bite splints. For all common large milling machines, e.g. Wissner, Röders, Datron, imes-icore, vhf, Roland, and also for Sirona inLab MC X5

The discs are available in the following forms: Ø98 x 20mm with or without shoulder as well as Ø95 x 20mm Zirkonzahn 

In developing the discs, great importance was placed on high-quality workmanship, combined with all the proven advantages of the MMA-free CLEARsplint® speciality plastic. The precise fit of the milling blanks enables easy handling as well as fast and efficient processing. For laboratories this means an enormous time saving and quality improvement: no mixing of powder and liquid, no mixing errors or unwanted bubble formation – no refilling of refillable blanks with the necessary polymerisation time.
