Dentoo gravitas ACF Film (450x300 mm)

The Dentoo gravitas ACF Film features an anti-stick-coated and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. The specially coated underside prevents it from sticking to the LCD display. Compared to FEP and PFA films (nFEP), the Dentoo gravitas Film offers a better release effect, which effectively increases your printing speed and success rate. Please note that you must recalibrate the zero point of the build platform. The film has a thickness of 300 µm

Notes on mounting the gravitas Film:

The Dentoo gravitas Film is applied to a blue carrier film for protection, which must be peeled off. In addition, depending on the batch, a further transparent film is applied to the blue protective film for stabilisation; this is disposed of together with the blue film accordingly.
The milky side of the Dentoo gravitas Film must be mounted so that it faces the light source/LCD display. The smooth side, which was previously mounted on the blue carrier film, faces the build platform or the printing material. Incorrect mounting can cause the film to tear, which in turn can lead to damage to the printer.

Please note that the Z-zero position of the printer must be recalibrated. Use 3 sheets of standard 80g copy paper as a spacer for this. The Dentoo gravitas Film has a thickness of 300 μm!
