Customers with old exocad licenses benefit threefold:

• Upgrade to the latest software version: DentalCAD 3.2 Elefsina, PartialCAD 3.2 Elefsina, or DentalCAD 3.3 Chemnitz once released
• A license equipped with all DentalCAD modules included in the Ultimate Bundle
• Access to every DentalCAD release via the Auto-Update function*
    (*within the 12 months following activation)

An existing active update contract will be replaced by a new one-year contract starting from the date of the final trade-up activation. Follow-up costs from the second year for the exocad Ultimate Bundle update contract: € 2,070.00 excl. VAT.

Questions and Answers 

Which licenses are eligible for the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER?
You can submit any perpetual DentalCAD license or FlexLicense that was activated on or before July 31, 2025.

Are FlexLicenses also eligible for the upgrade?
Yes, please contact us for further details.

Does it matter if the update contract of the perpetual license or FlexLicense has already expired?
No, it does not matter whether the update contract has expired or is still valid. You can benefit from the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER in all cases.

What happens to the update contract after activation of the Ultimate Trade-Up?
A new one-year update contract starts on the date of the Ultimate Trade-Up activation. This contract is automatically renewed unless canceled.

Does it make a difference if the license already has activated modules?
No. After purchasing the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER, the existing license will be upgraded with all missing modules and will then include all modules of the Ultimate Bundle.

What is the cost of the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER, and is it fixed?
The cost is fixed! It does not matter how old the license is, whether it already has an update contract, or active modules.
The offer price is € 4,900. No additional fees apply (e.g., the € 1,500 refresh fee is waived for this offer).

Do we need to replace the dongle?
No, usually the dongle does not need to be replaced. Users keep their existing dongle. In some cases, however, a new dongle may be provided.

Can I purchase the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER online?
Yes, but please call us in advance to check if your license is eligible for the trade-up.

What do I need to do to take advantage of the ULTIMATE TRADE-UP OFFER?
After reviewing your request, you will receive an invoice. Once payment has been received, we will activate the Ultimate license and the new update contract with a duration of 12 months. The contract will automatically renew for another 12 months unless canceled. The cancellation period is one month before the end of the contract term, and cancellation must be submitted in writing.
