Sprinkle-on with system – orthoXin ST.
Optimised for the sprinkle-on technique: orthoXin ST offers excellent flow stability and a pleasant working range – in the spray/sprinkle-on process as well as (to a limited extent) in the dough process. Cadmium-free, free from phthalate plasticisers, with tested biocompatibility.
Processing: In the dough process 10 g powder to 5 g liquid; polymerisation at 40 °C and 2–3 bar in approx. 10 minutes. The standard values to ISO 20795-2 are clearly exceeded (flexural modulus 2023 instead of min. 1500 MPa).
100 % colour-stable: The orthoXin acrylics are based on an innovative catalyst system and are thus the only orthodontic acrylic in Germany that is fully colour-stable – no yellowing, no discolouration, even after long wear. Approved as a Class IIa medical device since 2002, also for fixed appliances.
