Poly BioStar ML – a multilayer based on acrylic polymer

The Poly BioStar ML blanks are made of multilayer acrylic polymer based on methyl methacrylate (PMMA), free from toxic or allergenic substances (in accordance with ISO 10993-5).

Material advantages: 

• 5 layers polymerised onto one another for a very natural aesthetic effect
• biocompatible – medical polymer material
• industrially fully polymerised – low residual monomer content
• high fracture resistance and long-term flexural strength 
• plaque-resistant – low water absorption – dense structure 
• good polishing properties and abrasion resistance
• available in 6 shades (A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B3, C2) and 2 heights (16 & 20 mm)
