Print, burn out, cast – KeyCast burns out residue-free for clean casting results.

KeyPrint® KeyCast is a 3D photopolymer for the additive manufacturing of residue-free burnout casting and pressing objects – from crown and bridge frameworks to press objects. The controlled thermal expansion profile (CTE drops to zero above 250 °C) prevents investment cracks during burnout and ensures precise, clean casting moulds.

The material can be used on printers with 385 as well as 405 nm and combines the detail fidelity of 3D printing with the laboratory's proven casting and pressing workflow.
