Plaster look meets 3D printing – Die & Model 2 is the workhorse among model materials.

SprintRay Die & Model 2 is a big step forward in dental model materials: the Tan shade mimics classic dental plaster, while Grey offers extremely high colour contrast for detail control – ideal for aligner models. The resin shows almost no pigment settling: more time for printing, less time for stirring, even after standing overnight.

Improved build platform adhesion, higher flexural strength and higher flexural modulus reduce misprint and fracture rates. The significantly reduced odour makes print operation pleasant even in small practice rooms, and the easy separation from thermoforming materials saves time and manual work in the splint workflow – typical applications include working and study models, thermoforming models, wax-up diagnostics as well as implant and crown/bridge models.
