The THERMEO® MSI milling blank is a milling blank for the digital fabrication of functional therapeutic occlusal splints with thermomemory effect – now in the antibacterial MSI version.
The THERMEO® material uses a patented thermomemory effect: at body temperature the splint becomes flexible and adapts optimally to the tooth surface – this increases wearing comfort and minimises the risk of fracture. THERMEO® is free of phthalate-based plasticisers and combines the advantages of hard and soft splint materials.
MSI – Multi-Species Inhibition: The MSI version is additionally equipped with pro3dure's patented anti-biofilm technology – natural active ingredients (inspired by the red alga Delisea pulchra) disrupt bacterial communication (quorum sensing) and reduce the attachment of biofilm and plaque, entirely without the development of resistance. Ocean blue colouring.
