REPLISIL 22 N Pink - 2 kg (2x1 kg)
Application
REPLISIL 22 N is an addition-curing 1:1 duplicating silicone with a final hardness of Shore A 22, low-viscosity with excellent mechanical properties. It is used to produce extremely dimensionally accurate and detailed negative moulds.
The platinum catalyst is contained in component A. Attention! Only A and B components with the same batch number may be processed together!
Processing
Mix REPLISIL component A and B at room temperature in a 1:1 ratio for approx. 1 minute until a streak-free, uniform pink shade is obtained, then pour steadily at the same spot into the flask containing the non-soaked plaster model until the model is covered all around. With manually mixed material, briefly place on the vibrator to remove any air inclusions. After a curing time of approx. 30 minutes at a room temperature of 23°C, the model can be demoulded, but should then be left to rest for a short time (approx. 20 min.) so that any impressions of undercuts can recover.
Important processing notes
Silicones are highly temperature-sensitive. Please observe the recommended temperature specifications during storage and processing.
