SprintRay Apex Base is a nanoceramic, biocompatible resin (FDA Class II) for the 3D printing of removable denture bases – for full and partial dentures as well as base plates and repairs. The proprietary NanoFusion™ technology, with an optimally balanced ceramic content, exceeds the ISO requirements for high-impact denture materials and outperforms both printed and milled competitor materials in fracture and wear resistance.
The improved translucency ensures a natural gingival appearance, and polishing and characterisation are easily achieved. Together with Apex Teeth, SprintRay Cloud Design and the Pro printer system, a seamless denture workflow is created – from impression to insertion in just two appointments.
