SprintRay OnX Tough 2 is a high-performance resin for fixed, implant-supported dentures – and the only 3D printing resin with MDR approval for fixed hybrid dentures. It allows full-arch restorations to be manufactured directly in the practice and laboratory, as a long-term provisional or definitive restoration on the very day of implantation.
NanoFusion™ technology delivers a flexural strength of 126 MPa, a flexural modulus of 4,281 MPa and a fracture energy of 1,033 J/m² – values on the level of milled PMMA materials, with no mixing or rolling. The balanced blend of translucency and opacity and the high colour stability ensure a natural, tooth-like appearance with simple characterisation.
