VARIO PRESS 330e

Pressing in the ideal window – the VARIO PRESS 330.e with ADVANCED PRESS™.

The VARIO PRESS 330.e combines a firing and pressing furnace in one device – with a special, patented programme control for lithium disilicate ceramics, 500 memory slots and full touch operation.

ADVANCED PRESS™ (patented): In the standard pressing process, there is around 40 °C between the furnace temperature and the investment ring core – the result is pronounced reaction layers, rough surfaces (“orange peel”) and laborious finishing. ADVANCED PRESS™ keeps the difference at a maximum of 4 °C: all objects are pressed in the ideal temperature window for lithium disilicate regardless of their position – for smooth, homogeneous surfaces, minimal reaction layer and extremely short pressing times.

Dynamic pressing pressure control: The electronics recognise the required forces based on the geometry of the pressing objects and automatically adjust the pressure throughout the entire process – defects caused by prematurely terminated pressings are virtually eliminated.

Z-Drying mode: A virtual sensor continuously calculates the lift position from the firing chamber temperature and keeps the pre-drying temperature at the object constant – preventing cracks and bubbles, and considerably faster than manual pre-drying.

Safety: The Power-Fail-Control (PFC) properly completes the programme at the correct point after brief power interruptions. Via the USB port and the Zubler Download Center you can, after registering the device, load firing programmes for all common dental ceramics as well as software updates – including an extended warranty.

The sister model VARIO PRESS 330.eZR adds the TTC mode for linear cooling. We supply the matching firing base and the P3 vacuum pump along with it.
