AESUB Scanning Spray 400ml
Many surfaces and materials can already be digitised / scanned today without matting pretreatment. However, for reflective, deep black or transparent materials, matting is essential in order to achieve good contrast values and thus reliable scan results. The self-vanishing scanning spray AESUB® blue forms a matt and homogeneous surface on the 3D object to be digitised when applied correctly.
Special features:
- Chalk spray for 3D scanning with an average layer thickness of 8-15 µm (blue) or 2-6 µm (orange) available
- enables the digitising of complex reflective, transparent or deep black surfaces
- Self-vanishing
- Leaves no traces on the object
With many common sprays, the objects become so contaminated that the scan object has to be cleaned after the scan. The objects and their surroundings are contaminated and soiled by the colour pigments. The chalk spray available here vanishes on its own after scanning. There is no need to clean the component.
The manufacturer AESUB places particular emphasis on optimised material compatibility and the best possible scannability. A thin layer thickness is applied with a homogeneous surface, which vanishes again in less than four hours. This so-called sublimation depends on various factors. Temperature, surface, air currents, the material used and the applied layer thickness naturally play a major role here. For more detailed information, please refer to the technical data sheet linked below or the safety data sheet of the AESUB Blue scanning spray.
