The Infinity 5 is Aidite’s wireless intraoral scanner for dental practices. It connects to the computer via Wi-Fi 6, weighs 249 g including the battery and can scan for up to 90 minutes at a time on a single charge – three batteries and the charging station are included, and changing them takes just seconds. A single jaw is scanned in around 25 seconds, and the entire dental arch in approximately 60 seconds. This reduces the time the patient has to keep their mouth open and frees up time in the appointment schedule.
Optically, the Infinity 5 uses structured-light projection with a depth of field of 25 mm – even deep preparations, edentulous jaws and wide-span implant cases are captured in a single pass. Accuracy is ≤ 10 µm for a single crown and ≤ 20 µm across the entire arch. Calibration is not required; the adaptive anti-fog heating system keeps the mirror clear, and the attachments are autoclavable up to 100 times.
The scanner is operated via three buttons – a main button and two secondary buttons on either side – allowing it to be used with one hand for both the upper and lower jaws. A motion sensor in the handpiece controls the 3D model on the screen (rotate, zoom, mirror) without you having to touch a mouse or keyboard. You can export the scan data in open formats such as STL, PLY or OBJ – to any dental laboratory or CAD software, with no ongoing licence fees.
AI scan automatically filters out soft tissue and the tongue; metal, impression and model scanning; HD photo; occlusion and undercut checks; marking the preparation margin; editing and mounting the model.

The health report summarises findings from the scan for the patient consultation. Via the Aidite Cloud, the case is sent to the laboratory at the click of a button, with case tracking, approval via code or QR code, and an optional design service.
Scan, generate model, slice, print – the one-click workflow sends the scan straight to the 3D printer, for example for splints, aligners or situation models.
