Ultracur3D® DM 4505 N from BASF Forward AM is the latest generation of the proven dental model resins – developed for highly precise dental models, moulds and thermoforming models. The material completely avoids TPO (triphenylphosphine oxide) and TMPTA (trimethylolpropane triacrylate), making it the safer and more environmentally friendly choice for daily use in the lab.

The biggest advantage in everyday use: printed parts are simply cleaned with water – without isopropanol or other chemical cleaners. This saves costs, simplifies post-processing and makes handling significantly safer.

Compared to its predecessor Ultracur3D® DM 2505, the DM 4505 N offers a more matte surface with sharper detail definition and improved accuracy stability over time – your models retain their precision even during extended storage. Thanks to the high pigment stability, frequent stirring is not required, which further speeds up the workflow.
