Mill faster, keep everything in view – the DWX-53D is DGSHAPE's new 5-axis benchmark.

The DGSHAPE DWX-53D builds on the successful DWX tradition and raises the bar all round: the newly designed, more robust spindle delivers over 30% faster milling times with PMMA, the reinforced rigidity (2×) ensures durable premium results and the 3× higher gripping force provides biomechanical accuracy. The milling capability beyond 90° reproduces 100% of the case design – even with strongly divergent preparations.

With DGSHAPE Insights you keep everything in view: the integrated camera enables real-time monitoring on site and remotely – including productivity and maintenance reports via the DGSHAPE Cloud. The automatic cleaning system removes up to 95% of dust, the high-performance air-blast programme removes 99% of zirconium dioxide residues. The open CAD/CAM system leaves you free to choose your software, and you can swap the spindle yourself when needed.

Processable materials: zirconia, wax, PMMA, composite resin, PEEK/PEKK, plaster, glass-fibre-reinforced resin, CoCr sintered metal and polycarbonate.
