Ultracur3D® DM 4505 N by BASF Forward AM is the latest generation of the proven dental model resins – developed for high-precision dental models, moulds and thermoforming models. The material dispenses entirely with TPO (triphenylphosphine oxide) and TMPTA (trimethylolpropane triacrylate), making it the safer and more environmentally friendly choice for daily use in the laboratory.

The biggest everyday benefit: printed parts are simply cleaned with water – entirely without isopropanol or other chemical cleaners. This saves costs, simplifies post-processing and makes handling considerably safer.

Compared with its predecessor Ultracur3D® DM 2505, the DM 4505 N offers a more matt surface with sharper detail definition and improved dimensional accuracy stability over time – your models retain their precision even during prolonged storage. Thanks to the high pigment stability, frequent stirring is not required, which speeds up the workflow even further.
