Custom trays without a preliminary impression – KeyTray saves plaster models and time.

KeyTray is the biocompatible Class 1 resin for fast, precise individual impression trays. Based on the intraoral scan, the tray is produced directly in the printer – with no preliminary impression and no plaster model. This saves time and improves impression accuracy at the same time.

The material is strong and durable enough for impression forces and is compatible with all common impression materials; compound waxes and border moulding materials adhere reliably to the tray. Printable on systems with 385 or 405 nm.
