With a MEDIT or SHINING 3D intraoral scanner you digitalise your practice's treatment and communication processes. Our on-site training provides hands-on guidance on how to use your scanner reliably, create high-quality scans and embed digital workflows within your team – directly on your premises, with your scanner, your software and your specific practice cases.

Fundamentals & workflow integration: Areas of application and basic settings of the scanner software, integration into existing workflows, reliable handover of scanning tasks to the team.

Software & communication: Setup and use of MEDIT Link or the SHINING 3D software, creating, managing and transmitting cases, data exchange via cloud services, approvals and export formats.

Optimal scanning technique: Seating position, scanner handling and structured scan paths, safe handling of tongue, lips, cheeks and saliva, retraction as well as suitable scanning strategies from single-tooth restorations to complex prosthetic cases.

Clinical applications & quality: Digital impressions for crowns, bridges, implant restorations and splint therapy, opposing jaw, bite registration and relevant soft-tissue areas – plus error prevention and tips for reproducible scans.

For a quick start or a refresher on individual topics, there is alternatively the compact online training (approx. 2 hours).
