SprintRay Crown HT is a biocompatible composite material for definitive dental restorations, developed exclusively for the capsule-based Digital Press process of the SprintRay Midas. With a ceramic content of over 60 %, Crown HT achieves natural light scattering and translucency that blends harmoniously with the surrounding dentine – ideal for full crowns, partial crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers in the anterior and posterior regions.
Each single-unit capsule combines build platform, tank and material in one unit: insert, print, remove – without mixing, without resin handling, without cleaning the printer. Each capsule produces up to 1 crown, 2 inlays/onlays or 3 veneers in around 10 minutes. This makes Crown HT the first choice for chairside treatment in a single session.
Mechanically, the material has been designed to replicate the properties of natural teeth – for lasting function, marginal fit and aesthetics. For optimal results, final polymerisation is carried out in the SprintRay NanoCure (alternatively ProCure 2).
