NK Flash® 150 – The new generation of flash-light curing

NK Flash 150
Available from May 2025

Flash-light systems
achieve higher conversion rates in a shorter time compared to LED light systems. The degree of conversion is decisive for the mechanical properties of the materials, which is why flash-light systems are preferred when fast and complete curing is required.

State-of-the-art technology

  • Stroboscopic light technology with a broad spectrum (250–950 nm) and high light intensity
    • Cures almost all 3D resins – regardless of the printer used*
    • Composites are also cured quickly and completely*
  • Nitrogen connection for smooth surfaces and less finishing*
  • 360° light distribution – no rotation of the objects necessary

Fast and reliable

  • Curing of a composite layer in just 30 seconds
  • Final curing in under 90 seconds
  • Curing of complete objects such as splints, trays or drilling templates in under 7 minutes*
  • 65% larger curing area and 50% greater curing height than the Otoflash®
  • Durable and easy to maintain thanks to high-quality, replaceable steel components

Developed for you

  • Intuitive touchscreen control
  • Material libraries for 3D resins and composites – for reliable programme selection
  • Automatic updates of the curing guidelines via Wi-Fi
  • Process documentation: programmes are automatically saved, retrievable and exportable

Why flash-light curing?

  • Ultra-fast polymerisation through high-intensity light pulses
  • Even curing without shadowing – even with complex geometries
  • Improved surfaces when using nitrogen – tack-free and smoother
  • Minimal heat generation – particularly suitable for sensitive materials
  • High cost-effectiveness thanks to short cycle times and high throughput
