With our SprintRay Bundle you receive a perfectly coordinated complete system for dental manufacturing – while saving 1,480 € compared to buying the items individually.
The package combines the three stations of a seamless 3D printing workflow within one ecosystem: printing with the SprintRay Pro 2, cleaning & drying with the ProWash S and post-curing with the NanoCure. The system is complemented by the Arch Kit – a special build platform with a smaller resin tank for up to 2× faster prints of dental arches and common dental indications with reduced material consumption.
All three devices are networked with one another via the SprintRay Cloud: as soon as a print job starts, the devices automatically pass all relevant information from station to station – from printing to washing to curing. This creates a seamless workflow that combines maximum precision with significantly reduced production times. From scan to finished restoration in under an hour – without lengthy training.
SprintRay Pro 2 – Throughput meets precision

The Pro 2 is SprintRay's next-generation dental 3D printer and the manufacturer's most advanced printer to date. It combines the patent-pending Optical Panel technology with a 385 nm UV-A light engine, setting new standards in accuracy and productivity.
3× precision – Optical Panel with 35 µm resolution
The Optical Panel sits as close as possible to the resin tank, thereby delivering a resolution of 35 µm with zero distortion – and that across a large build platform. The high contrast produces razor-sharp anatomical details. The panel is made of extremely resistant Gorilla Glass and milled aluminium, is modular in design and can be replaced in no time: open the clips, remove the panel, insert a new one.
4× throughput – flexible between Standard and Arch Kit
With the supplied Standard Kit you produce more than six complete dental arches in a single print job – ideal for batch production and multi-patient workflows. With the Arch Kit included in the bundle you print up to twice as fast and save material thanks to the smaller resin tank. Switching is simple by exchanging the platform and resin tank.

From transparent aligners to splints (Flex/Firm), surgical guides, models and crowns & bridges through to removable and implant-supported hybrid dentures. With OnX Tough 2, the Pro 2 supports a resin developed specifically for fixed screw-retained hybrid dentures – for a passive fit and high strength.
385 nm UV-A light engine
The 385 nm wavelength is ideal for photoinitiator absorption: it reduces shrinkage, improves control over the cure depth and enhances the mechanical properties in the green state – for stronger, predictably precise components. The powerful LED is liquid-cooled and operated below its capacity, which guarantees particularly long-lasting performance.
Operation & traceability
An ultra-wide 12" touchscreen made of Gorilla Glass with Android-based software organises your entire workflow. Thanks to the permanent cloud connection, the Pro 2 updates software and resin profiles automatically. An integrated barcode scanner records the batch and expiry date of the SprintRay resins for seamless medical device traceability. Intelligent sensors monitor the resin tank and build platform and detect possible print errors before they occur. High-quality materials such as corrosion-resistant anodised aluminium and Gorilla Glass make the Pro 2 robust, durable and easy to clean.
SprintRay ProWash S – Cleaning & drying in just 9 minutes

The ProWash S is the next generation of automatic post-processing systems for dental 3D printing. It cleans and dries your printed parts in a two-stage cycle in just 9 minutes – the fastest workflow in its class.
Patented mechanical jetting technology
An optimised motor profile, a precision-manufactured propeller and an innovative IPA washing method ensure particularly thorough two-stage cleaning across all resin types.
3× drying performance with Power-Dry
A dedicated drying fan directs clean air straight into the wash chamber and reliably removes IPA residues from the surface. Every component is completely clean and dry before it goes into post-curing – the basis for optimal mechanical properties.
Networked & intelligent
Via the SprintRay Cloud, the ProWash S takes over print jobs automatically and passes them on to post-curing. Capacitive fill-level sensors, two pre-calibrated hydrometers for saturation control as well as start/stop and platform/basket detection ensure safe, reproducible results. The system is operated via a 5" colour touchscreen with predefined wash/dry programmes; a quad-core computer with Wi-Fi and Ethernet keeps the software up to date via OTA update.

SprintRay NanoCure – Post-curing on a new level

The NanoCure is a compact next-generation post-curing system. It raises your prints to a new level of mechanical and aesthetic quality – in just a few minutes and entirely without nitrogen.
Dual-wavelength technology: 365 + 385 nm
Two wavelengths work hand in hand: the short-wave 365 nm light intensively cures the surface, eliminates tackiness and ensures full biocompatibility. The long-wave 385 nm light penetrates deep and fully cures the entire volume. Combined with controlled heat, cross-linked chain reactions are created that maximise the mechanical properties.
Fast, precise, colour-true
Thanks to extremely short curing times, the NanoCure produces restorations with colours that come closer to the shade guide than ever before – without compromising on strength or biocompatibility. Typical curing times:

Well-thought-out technology in the smallest of spaces
Using AI, the engineering team tested more than two million LED arrangements and thereby achieved an impressive light uniformity of 95 %. A new thermal engine maintains the ideal temperature for maximum mechanical properties – quietly and without long warm-up times, since the NanoCure preheats with cloud support. Around 50 % smaller in build form, it is a genuine space saver, while the Android-based software receives jobs and updates automatically via the SprintRay Cloud.
