Air connection:

The standard equipment of the Z1 extraction systems includes a diffuser at the unit's outlet, which guarantees the legally prescribed exhaust air velocity of a maximum of one metre per second. Alternatively, an H14 filter or an activated carbon filter can be fitted there, in compliance with the specified reference values. As a further alternative, an adapter for the external exhaust air connection is available there.

Controlled step switching:

The Z1 has 5 suction levels; the user can freely adjust and save the performance of the first four levels. The unit also features intelligent control of the suction power, which adapts to the specified setting depending on the fill level of the filter. It thus ensures constant performance regardless of the fill level of the filter bag. The fifth suction level serves as a boost for brief maximum suction power.

Motor technology:

Z1 CAM PRO-EC extraction units are equipped with a brushless, electronically controlled motor that can operate maintenance-free for 5000 hours and longer. This version is particularly suitable when very long, continuous running times are required. If extraction is to run around the clock in continuous operation, there is no alternative to this. The noise level is just as low as with the models with brush motors, as the high-frequency vibrations are absorbed by efficient insulation.

External control panel:

For greater convenience in handling the unit, we have developed an external control module that you can additionally install at a freely selectable location at your workplace. Always at eye level, you can control and monitor the unit and receive important information about the extraction system directly.
