The Aoralscan Elite Wireless is the world's first device to combine wireless intraoral scanning with photogrammetry – taking All-on-X treatments to a completely new level. As a two-in-one system, it works in everyday practice as a fully-fledged intraoral scanner for restorations, orthodontics and implantology, while the Intraoral Photogrammetry (IPG) technology provides the first and only automatic registration of the scans into the bite position for full-arch implants: you scan MUA abutments in seconds and register them automatically with hard and soft tissue as well as fiducials – in just a few minutes.
The IPG captures implant positions and the data of the entire jaw arch with high precision using a single scanner – with up to 5 µm precision for a reliable passive fit of both the provisional and the definitive restoration. Scan caps position the coded scan body precisely in the surrounding soft tissue for immediate-loading cases, the IPG-coded scan bodies are compatible with over 100 implant manufacturers worldwide, and the large IPG tip captures the entire oral geometry of edentulous patients with exceptional clarity. The accuracy of the technology is scientifically validated in numerous independent studies.
Wireless, boundless, cable-free: at just 194 g (including battery), the Elite Wireless is the lightest wireless scanner in its class and sits perfectly and ergonomically in the hand. Wi-Fi 6 ensures lightning-fast, stable data transmission, and the well-conceived battery concept keeps the workflow running: 2 hours of continuous scanning per charge, around 2.5 hours charging time, 12 hours sleep mode with automatic shut-off – and two batteries together with a charging sleeve are included in the delivery. The holder with contact connection allows effortless switching between multiple stations in different treatment areas.
The open system exports to STL, OBJ and PLY and uses the same software suite as all SHINING 3D intraoral scanners – including comprehensive tools for patient communication and clinical design. New: the Aoralscan Elite Wireless is now also compatible with macOS. For maximum mobility in the practice, the scanner can be combined with the E-Motion Cart – also available from us.
