Refill discs yourself: reBlanX turns pre-milled CAD/CAM discs back into full blanks – the self-curing resin fills the milled openings of all PMMA blanks and thus considerably reduces the material cost per splint or denture base. Optimal chip behaviour during milling, homogeneous surface, low plaque susceptibility.
Processing: 10 g powder to 5–6 g liquid, polymerisation at 55 °C and 2–3 bar in approx. 30 minutes – the matching separating film prevents sticking in the mould. Flexural strength 73 MPa, residual monomer ≤ 1 %.
Colours: In addition to colourless, tinted monomers are available in pink, red, petrol, magenta, light blue, neon red and neon orange – together with the reBlanX powder any desired blank colour can be created.
