Pre-milled discs? Refill instead of discarding.
Refill discs yourself: reBlanX turns pre-milled CAD/CAM discs back into full blanks – the self-curing resin fills the milled openings of all PMMA blanks and thus considerably reduces the material cost per splint or denture base. Optimal chip behaviour during milling, homogeneous surface, low plaque susceptibility.
Processing: 10 g powder to 5–6 g liquid, polymerisation at 55 °C and 2–3 bar in approx. 30 minutes – the matching separating film prevents sticking in the mould. Flexural strength 73 MPa, residual monomer ≤ 1 %.
The matching reBlanX liquid completes the system. AcrylX develops and produces dental resins in Germany – Dentoo supplies the complete range from stock and advises on material and colour questions.
