VARIO 230 ZR

Firing like the 230, cooling like no other – the VARIO 230 ZR.

The VARIO 230 ZR is the VARIO 230 plus TTC – and therefore the first choice if you regularly veneer onto zirconia frameworks or process stress-sensitive ceramics.

TTC mode: Software and lift technology enable linear cooling at a freely selectable cooling rate after firing – stress cracks and the dreaded chipping are a thing of the past. This is the decisive quality factor, especially for veneers on zirconia frameworks.

Z-120 technology: Zubler is the only manufacturer worldwide to build a firing chamber with a 120 mm internal diameter. This always leaves at least 20 mm between the firing object and the heating coil – the temperature is homogeneous across the entire 80 mm firing tray, regardless of the position or number of objects. Even when fully loaded, you fire with identical results without having to increase the final temperature or holding time.

Z-Drying mode: A virtual sensor continuously calculates the lift position from the firing chamber temperature and keeps the pre-drying temperature at the object constant – preventing cracks and bubbles, and considerably faster than manual pre-drying.

Safety: The Power-Fail-Control (PFC) properly completes the programme at the correct point after brief power interruptions. Via the USB port and the Zubler Download Center you can, after registering the device, load firing programmes for all common dental ceramics as well as software updates – including an extended warranty.

Those who do not need the TTC mode are better off with the more affordable VARIO 230. For vacuum firing, add the P3 vacuum pump.
