Firing homogeneously across the entire surface – the VARIO 230 with Z-120 technology.

The VARIO 230 is the ceramic firing furnace for the highest demands – designed for all dental ceramic materials, with 500 freely programmable memory slots (pre-programmed by us on request) and a large full-touch display with intuitive menu navigation.

Z-120 technology: Zubler is the only manufacturer worldwide to build a firing chamber with a 120 mm inner diameter. This keeps a minimum distance of 20 mm between the firing object and the heating coil at all times – the temperature is homogeneous across the entire 80 mm firing tray, regardless of the position or number of objects. Even when fully loaded, you fire with identical results, without increasing the final temperature or holding time.

Z-Drying mode: A virtual sensor continuously calculates the lift position from the firing chamber temperature and keeps the pre-drying temperature at the object constant – preventing cracks and bubbles, and significantly faster than manual pre-drying.

Safety: The Power-Fail-Control (PFC) resumes the programme at the correct point and completes it normally after brief power interruptions. Via the USB port and the Zubler Download Center, after registering your device you can download firing programmes for all common dental ceramics as well as software updates – including an extended warranty.

If you additionally wish to cool down linearly (e.g. for veneering on zirconia), choose the sister model VARIO 230 ZR with TTC mode. For vacuum firing, add the P3 vacuum pump.
