The sintering powerhouse for the laboratory – the VARIO S430 NOVA LAB.

The VARIO S430 NOVA LAB is the all-in-one sintering furnace for the productive laboratory: speed and conventional sintering, glazing, staining and crystallising – with 500 memory slots and 5+1 freely programmable heating ramps (1–100 °C/min, holding times up to 420 minutes in total).

Heating technology: Four molybdenum disilicide heating elements ensure homogeneous heat distribution in the large firing chamber – for both speed and long-term processes. The convenient regeneration programme keeps the elements in shape, and the TTC zirconia mode makes the cooling rate controllable.

Safety & capacity: In the event of a power failure, the Power-Fail-Control decides, based on the temperature loss, whether the process can be safely completed – and informs you on the display about the interruption. The 2-tier sintering tray system made of high-purity material makes optimal use of the large firing chamber.
