The ProSplint e3 by vhf is the desktop milling machine for optimised aligner production: the cutting of ready-to-use aligners from thermoforming foils takes place fully automatically in a matter of seconds – with a precision and quality that makes time-consuming post-processing unnecessary. The laborious cutting out and trimming of the splints is eliminated entirely.

The supplied TrimCAD software determines the optimal trim line automatically – or you can set it manually and save individual strategy profiles per clinician. A clever adapter is printed directly during model creation: insert and swap models with a single movement, without complicated clamping. The e3 is part of the al-dente overall system for economical aligner production.
