The DGSHAPE DWX-43W is the compact 4-axis wet milling machine for demanding indications: mill glass ceramic, lithium disilicate, titanium and titanium alloys as well as custom abutments and bars in a single system – wet, precise and reproducible. The DGSHAPE CAM software is included in the scope of delivery, so you can start being productive straight away at no additional cost.

The multi-pin clamp holds up to six pin-shaped blocks at the same time – for unattended processing of several cases in one go. The improved water flow ensures clean cutting edges and stable processes, and the automatic flushing works without expensive filter consumables – noticeably reducing your ongoing operating costs.

Processable materials: glass ceramic, lithium disilicate, titanium & titanium alloys, CoCr sintered metal, PMMA, composite resin, PEEK, wax and zirconium oxide.
