Fully automatic milling – the DWX-53DC with 6-disc changer for unattended production.

The DGSHAPE DWX-53DC brings proven 5-axis dry milling technology into automated series production: the automatic 6-disc changer feeds the machine independently and enables unattended round-the-clock milling – ideal for high-throughput laboratories.

The disc change time has been reduced to less than half compared with the predecessor, and thanks to stored adapter IDs for up to 100 types, the DWX-53DC switches fully automatically between different discs and materials. With the integrated camera and DGSHAPE Insights, you monitor production and maintenance in real time – on site and remotely via the DGSHAPE Cloud.

Processable materials: zirconia, wax, PMMA, composite resin, PEEK/PEKK, plaster, glass-fibre-reinforced resin, CoCr sintered metal and polycarbonate.
